Shining a light on global iron deficiency

Over 50% of children under 5 years old in Africa, the Middle East and Asia struggle with Iron Deficiency Anaemia (IDA). Combatting this invisible disease is an important part of Danone’s global mission and their ongoing Health Through Food journey.

“Shine a light” aims to highlight the effects of IDA can have on a child’s, ultimately dimming their light. By addressing IDA through testing and education, Danone is helping children to “shine”.
